MiniVouchers

Terms of use

Version of 15.10.2026

The short version

  • MiniVouchers is a helper, not the voucher. It keeps an overview of your vouchers and reminds you of printed dates. The original voucher — the card, the paper, the email from the shop — is always the one that counts. Keep it. Do not throw it away after scanning.
  • You decide what you store. A photo of a voucher shows its code. If you are not comfortable storing a code with us, cover it before you take the photo, or do not type it in.
  • Check what the app reads. The reading is made by an AI service and can be wrong. What you save is what you confirmed.
  • Whether a voucher can still be used is decided by the shop that issued it, not by MiniVouchers.
  • Reminders help, but do not rely on them alone. An email can arrive late or not at all.
  • We are not responsible for lost codes, lost money or vouchers that can no longer be used, as far as the law allows (see section 10).
  • MiniVouchers currently charges nothing. It is not a subscription, and we will never charge you without asking you first.

The full terms follow. If anything in the short version and the full terms differs, the full terms apply.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

1.1 MiniVouchers is operated by F. Tech. Int., Box, Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). Contact: info@minivouchers.ch.

1.2 These terms apply to the use of MiniVouchers at minivouchers.ch and its sub-pages, with or without an account (the "service").

1.3 By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.

1.4 MiniVouchers is for people aged 18 and over. If you are younger, please do not use it.

2. What MiniVouchers is — and what it is not

2.1 MiniVouchers is an organisational aid. It lets you photograph, upload or type in vouchers and gift cards you hold, shows them in a wallet, and can remind you by email before a date printed on a voucher.

2.2 MiniVouchers is not:

  • the issuer of any voucher, and not a party to the relationship between you and the shop that issued it;
  • a copy that replaces the voucher. A voucher is redeemed with the shop that issued it, under that shop's conditions. A screen in MiniVouchers is not a voucher;
  • a custodian of your money or of the value of a voucher. We hold no funds and pay out nothing;
  • a guarantee that a voucher is valid, that a shop will accept it, or that a balance shown is correct;
  • legal advice about how long a voucher can be used.

2.3 Keep the original. Keep the original voucher (or the email or document it came in) for as long as you want to use it. Do not throw it away or delete it because you have scanned it.

2.4 MiniVouchers shows the dates and values printed on a voucher, or the ones you enter. Whether a voucher can still be used after a printed date is decided by the issuer and by the law that applies to it. MiniVouchers does not decide it; it only says "Printed date passed".

3. Using MiniVouchers without an account (guest use)

3.1 You can scan vouchers without an account. These scans are tied to the browser on the device you used, and are deleted 14 days after the first scan unless you create a wallet (an account) in that time.

3.2 If you sign out, clear your browser data or change devices, guest scans can no longer be reached.

4. Your account

4.1 You sign in with an email address (a one-time code sent to it) or with a Google account.

4.2 Keep access to your email account and your device secure. Anyone who can read your email or use your unlocked device may be able to sign in to your MiniVouchers account and see your vouchers and their codes. We are not responsible for access that happens this way (see section 10).

4.3 You can export your data and delete your account at any time under You → Your data. The deletion takes effect 30 days after you ask for it; until then you can cancel it by signing in. After that, your account and everything in it is deleted for good.

5. Your vouchers and codes — your responsibility

5.1 You decide what you upload and store. Only add vouchers you are entitled to use.

5.2 A photo shows what is printed on the voucher, including its code or barcode. That photo is stored in your account and is sent to an AI service to be read (see the privacy notice). If you do not want a code stored, cover the code before you take the photo, crop it out, or do not type it into the code field. You can still keep the voucher's shop, value and date in MiniVouchers without its code.

5.3 We store codes encrypted and show them only when you ask to see them. No system is completely secure, however, and you remain responsible for deciding whether to store a code with us at all.

5.4 You may not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is not a voucher or a document belonging to one. You may not use the service to test, attack or overload it, or to access anyone else's data.

5.5 You give us the right to store, process and display what you upload, only as far as this is needed to provide the service to you. You keep all rights you have in your content.

6. The AI reading

6.1 When you add a photo or a PDF, MiniVouchers has it read by an AI service and fills in what it found. The reading is a suggestion. It can be incomplete or wrong — a digit, a date, a shop.

6.2 You check the reading before you save. What is saved is what you confirmed. We are not responsible for a wrong value, date or code that was saved (see section 10).

6.3 The number of readings can be limited, for example per day. A reading can fail or be refused; you can always enter a voucher by hand.

7. Reminders

7.1 With an account, MiniVouchers can send you emails before a date printed on a voucher. You can change or switch them off in the app, and every reminder email has a link to switch them off.

7.2 Emails can be delayed, filtered as spam or not delivered. Do not rely on reminders alone to keep track of your vouchers.

8. Price

8.1 MiniVouchers currently charges no fee. It is not a subscription.

8.2 If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you beforehand. Nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

9. Availability and changes to the service

9.1 MiniVouchers is in an early phase (closed beta). It is provided as it is, without a promise of any particular availability, speed or result.

9.2 We may change, restrict, interrupt or discontinue the service or parts of it. Where we can reasonably do so, we will tell you before discontinuing the service so that you can export your data.

9.3 Keep the original vouchers (section 2.3). Where you want a copy of your data, use the export.

10. Liability

10.1 As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of MiniVouchers or from not being able to use it, in particular for:

  • lost, stolen, disclosed or misused codes, PINs or barcodes, including by someone with access to your device or email account;
  • lost money or value, including vouchers that could not be used, were used by someone else, or whose printed date passed;
  • a shop refusing a voucher, a shop's insolvency, or a voucher's conditions;
  • a wrong or incomplete reading, value, date or balance;
  • a reminder that was late, not sent or not received;
  • loss of data, including photos, where you did not keep the original voucher;
  • the services of third parties we rely on (for example hosting, email or the AI service), and interruptions of the internet.

10.2 This limitation does not apply to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, nor where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

11. Ending the use of MiniVouchers

11.1 You can stop using MiniVouchers and delete your account at any time.

11.2 We may block or delete an account that breaches these terms, in particular section 5.4, where possible after a warning.

11.3 If we discontinue the service, section 9.2 applies.

12. Changes to these terms

12.1 We may change these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app or by email before they apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account; continuing to use MiniVouchers after the change applies means you accept it.

13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

13.1 These terms are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.

13.2 The courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction for consumers.

13.3 If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.
